The SFERA-III (Solar Facilities for the European Research Area) access webinar, that will take place online on 8 January 2021 from 11h00 to 12h00 CET, will share information on how to benefit from the access programme to CSP research infrastructures.
The 3rd SFERA-III access campaign is an opportunity to get free access to 22 installations of 12 research infrastructures in Concentrated Solar Thermal power in 8 countries.
This campaign, that started on 16 November 2020, is open until 31 January 2021 and offers a wide spectrum of experiments in different areas: Solar thermal electricity generation; Solar fuels production; Cycles for chemical storage of solar energy; Solar water treatment; Solar heating and cooling of buildings to improve energy efficiency; Modelling and controlling of concentrating solar technologies for power plants and for industrial processes; High value material synthesis and/or coatings deposits; High-flux photochemistry and photo-physics; or Characterization of materials behavior and properties under extreme conditions.
